The Regional Therapy Center of Saratoga Hospital and the Saratoga Regional YMCA will offer a free swim clinic for competitive high school swimmers, adult swimmers, and triathletes. We will assess posture, flexibility, and strength of swimmers, as well as provide swim techniques to reduce risk of injury. Regional Therapy Center physical and occupational therapists will join Ann Svenson, Master Swimmer and Total Immersion Coach, to provide participants with verbal and written assessments.

Screening time is approximately 30 minutes. YMCA membership is not required.
